Move It Forward for Women in Leadership – female digital starters weekend in Paris

Led By Her is pleased to announce the first edition of Move It Forward in Paris!

In partnership with EFREI and with the support of Erasmus+, this event will bring together some 40 active and committed women for a full weekend to imagine together solutions that advance women’s leadership in companies, start-ups and society in general. Everyone can participate, without any prerequisite of experience or technological knowledge. This event aims to train women in the basics of digital tools and allow them to test an entrepreneurial adventure.

If the health crisis we have been going through for almost two years has weakened many people and structures, it is also – like any crisis – a source of opportunities and ideas. It is revealing limits and problems which, rather than restricting us, can allow new initiatives to emerge which aim to support, in this case, female leadership.

How does this hackathon work?

The work teams will be formed at the beginning of the weekend and are monitored by both coaches and mentors. Digital workshops are led by professionals with the aim of developing their skills and boosting their chances of success. The two days are punctuated by inspiring interventions and motivating exchanges that will contribute to the concrete achievement of the project carried by each team. At the end of these two days of work and mutual support, each group will present its project to a jury which will evaluate them in a benevolent and constructive spirit.

At the event, we will work together to create tools to break down the barriers that women still face in large and small companies, new and established, as they seek to become the leaders of tomorrow.
